The Brecknell 405 LCD are very versatile bench scale, popular for use in commercial food preparation areas, portion control stations, or kitchens.
A 304 grade stainless steel platform is removable making it easy to clean. The backlit LCD makes for easy readability. They also have an adjustable auto-off feature to preserve the battery life.
With a base constructed of tough ABS plastic, outstanding protection for daily usage is provided, helping to lock out moisture.
The Brecknell 405 scales feature selectable lb, kg, gram, oz, lb/oz units, and a tare feature. With a resolution of 1g / 0.002lb for the 6kg / 12lb model and 2g / 0.005lb for the 15kg / 30lb. These commercial bench scales are accurate for food preparation and any general weighing applications.
A wipe-down plastic cover comes standard to protect the display, keyboard, and housing from dust and food particles, also available as an accessory.
