Delivery

The safe and reliable delivery of your order is of the upmost importance to us. We work hard to ensure that all aspects of the delivery process are as quick and efficient as possible.

From experience, we only use reliable premium carriers and services, ensure your order is delivered quickly and reliable with regular updates as to the parcels progress.

* Free Delivery

Our Free Delivery applies to orders of £150.00 (Inc Vat) and over, to the UK mainland locations. There may be a surcharge for offshore, remote and non-UK mainland locations.

We will send an email when your order has been despatched, along with full carrier tracking information.

All orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday, will be despatched the same day. Weekend and Bank holidays orders will be despatched the next working day.

Returns

If you change your mind - In addition to your 30-day No Quibble returns right, you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. Details of this statutory right and an explanation of how to exercise it are provided to you in the dispatch confirmation e-mail and in the Returns Policy. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for original despatch, and we do not cover the cost of returns of working items.

Faulty item - Please email us using our Contact Us form with full details of the fault and your order. We will deal with your message quickly and come back to you with a satisfactory solution and depending on the age of the item, may include FOC replacement or full refund.

Special Order Items - If no longer required, they must be received back by the manufacturer in 'As New' condition and may incur a manufacturers handling charge of up to 25%. Please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number.

Out of Stock Items

If any item is found not to be in stock, we will notify you by either a telephone call or email. We will ensure you are fully informed and kept up to date as to the progress of your order.

* Same-day Despatch

All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same working day, any order placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
