Kern CCS Counting System combines CFS Balance and KFP Platform - Capacity 30kg to 300kg

The Kern CCS series scale system combines the accuracy of the CFS Counting Scale with the Industrial KFP weighing platform to enable counting the smallest parts in the largest quantities, counting resolution ≥ 300,000 points.

This highly accurate Kern CCS counting system can replace a whole range of individual counting scales and platforms.

Kern CFS Counting Balance:

This KERN CFS professional counting balance (which can be used as an individual balance can also fulfil even the highest level of requirements for accuracy, weighing range and volume of items by connecting it to a high-capacity weighing bridge

• Large backlit LCD displays with digit height 20mm
• Programmable using numerical keypad (e.g. required reference quantity, known reference weight)
• Memory (PLU) for 100 items with additional text
• Weighing with tolerance range (check-weighing)
• Fill-to-target function: Programmable target weight. An audible and visual signal will be displayed when the target value is reached
• Precise counting: The automatic optimisation of reference weight gradually improves the average value of the piece weight

Kern KFP Industrial Platform Scale:

The high-accuracy quantity counting takes place on the weighing platform (= weighing bridge)
