Unique Bakers Percentage Function

The My Weigh KD8000 incorporates a Percentage key which makes baking bread a simple operation. Simply place your flour into a bowl on the set press the percentage key which then displays 100%, place each ingredient into the same bowl and your balance will show the percentage based on the flour. There is no need to work out how many grams or ounces as the percentage does this for you, thus making it simple to make dough for one two or a number of loaves. If you have never made bread before owning this scale will have you itching to try.
