Fantastic service, I ordered a mid level scale from the company that arrived faulty. Within a few days and despite no response from the scale manufacturer , Digital Scales Company sent me a replacement that worked perfectly out the box. They didn't try and avoid responsibility which is the norm nowadays. They took ownership of the problem and sorted it out quickly. Thank you.

I just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ for the efforts you made to both acquire and expedite my order. Dispatched yesterday, and delivered to me this morning before coffee - quite extraordinary! The scale appears very impressive, and came with two check-weights (100g + 200g), a power adapter, and rechargeable battery. You were helpful over the phone, and always got back to me promptly.
